CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

With experienced mediators trained in conflict management and negotiation, and honed by work in diverse communities, Sankofa excels at working with clients to establish and transparent processes which create an environment in which complex issues can be unpacked, and difficult conversations can be held.

Our facilitators have managed inter-personal conflict, facilitated the resolution of conflicts which have arisen because of changes in the structure and composition of staff and volunteer teams, as well as conflicts between organizations. Services include mediation, facilitated discussions, the development of terms of reference and agreements which allow organizations to move forward after addressing sticky issues.
